What is seamless guttering?

A specialized machine takes flat, rolled aluminum and shapes it into guttering.
All one continuous piece, hence the name SEAMLESS guttering.
No seams, no chance of leakage!

Here we have Steve Schroeder, owner of Schroeder Construction.
He is taping out the desired gutter length.
This gutter job is by request of Freand Brothers Construction Company of Jerseyville, Illinois.

This particular gutter run is over 30 feet long.
Supports are used to brace the "seamless" gutter as it is being formed.
Also note Mr. Matt Walsh, Vice President in Charge of Production,
being very watchful in ensuring that the gutter is well braced.

Weather-proofing silicone caulking is used on both end caps of the guttering.
All downspout openings are also made at this time.

The guttering is carried to the job site and hung in place.

The guttering is well secured with numerous anchoring screws along the entire length of the gutter.
Downspouts will now be added.
Next, the crew will perform similiar steps to do the guttering on the front of the home.
There you have it.
Seamless Guttering at its finest!
